We’re seeking a Mechanical Drafter skilled in 2D AutoCAD and 3D SolidWorks, who is eager to learn the elevator industry, codes, and UL standards. This role is critical to ensuring projects are designed with accuracy, compliance, and quality.
What You’ll Do:
- Create approval, revision, and final drawings (AutoCAD).
- Develop 3D cab models and renderings (SolidWorks).
- Generate part listings and BOMs.
- Learn and apply elevator codes (state-specific).
- Design using UL-approved standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- AutoCAD (2D) proficiency.
- SolidWorks (3D) proficiency.
- Ability to read and create technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.
- Motivated to self-learn elevator codes and grow in the industry.
