As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing guests with professional, therapeutic services using treatments such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology, and hydrotherapy
- Informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities throughout the spa
- Communicating clearly with guests to gain a full understanding of their concerns and needs prior to every service
- Offering sincere suggestions for the guest’s benefit to enhance their total wellness and beauty
- Being knowledgeable of all products and providing customers with accurate information as it relates to your area of expertise
- Preparing a wellness card for each guest starring the three products recommend for their homecare
This role will be working weekdays & weekends. Shifts will vary between 7:30am to 8:00pm.
