Opportunity
This position is responsible for leading global product portfolio management and fulfillment optimization across Kohler’s Kitchen & Bath Group. The Director will align product lifecycle strategies with supply chain capabilities to drive efficiency, responsiveness, and competitiveness. This role will champion cross-functional collaboration to assure a seamless launch and discontinuation of global product.
Specific Responsibilities
- Lead global product lifecycle management initiatives, including discontinuations and introductions from a supply chain perspective.
- Align product portfolio strategies with supply chain capabilities and regional needs.
- Optimize fulfillment strategies to reduce stranded inventory and improve service levels.
- Support industrial strategy by identifying regional competencies and supply chain opportunities.
- Conduct competitive supply chain analysis and benchmarking.
- Manage control tower initiatives for supplier and product visibility.
- Collaborate with sourcing, planning, and commercial teams to align supply strategies.
- Support tariff mitigation and footprint optimization efforts through strong partnerships with our global trade organization.
- Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and performance metrics.
- Facilitate cross-functional reviews to assess portfolio health and fulfillment efficiency.
- Lead scenario modeling and impact analysis for portfolio changes.
- Champion continuous improvement and best practice sharing across business units.
