We are looking for Assembly Operator I within the Faucets Division. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting. Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities Performing all duties associated within the department. Following instructions and communicating effectively. Reads orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Conveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas. Loading wash baskets for washer. Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to the packing station or shipping dock staging area. Here’s the qualifications we are looking for: Key Qualifications Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship. Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience. Additional Requirements Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 35 pounds or more. Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check. Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures.
