Role Description
We are seeking a full-time CNC/Screw Machine Operator to join our team on-site in Lockport, NY. The responsibilities of this role include setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC and screw machines, performing programmed operations, and ensuring high-quality precision machining. The role also involves monitoring machinery performance, troubleshooting, and performing adjustments or maintenance as needed to ensure optimal efficiency. Additional duties include performing quality control checks and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation, including setup, adjustments, and maintenance of CNC and screw machines
- Strong skills in Quality Control, with the ability to inspect and ensure compliance with production standards
- Experience in Milling and general Machining techniques for precision manufacturing tasks
- Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting industrial Machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Prior experience in a similar manufacturing role and technical training in machining are highly preferred
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
