What You'll Do
- Provide administrative and operational support to Investment & Retirement Services
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests
- Coordinate Financial Advisor schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- Assist with IRAs (contributions, distributions, transfers, rollovers)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client documentation
- Process client transactions in compliance with policies and regulations
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Support seminars, workshops, and client events
- Partner with marketing and branch teams to support outreach and referrals
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in financial services, banking, investments, or client service
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred)
- Series 6 license preferred (or willingness to obtain additional licenses)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Interest in long-term career growth in the investment industry
