A Day in the Life: Financial Program Assistant
In this role, your day is centered around supporting both clients and advisors. You will manage client communications, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups, while keeping advisor calendars organized by coordinating meetings and appointments. You will assist with preparing reports and presentations and help process IRA activities such as contributions, distributions, and rollovers with strong attention to detail and compliance. You will also support the planning of seminars, workshops, and client events by handling logistics, communications, and coordination with marketing and advisory teams. Throughout it all, you will maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure all work aligns with credit union policies and financial regulations, playing a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in finance or business is a plus
- 2 or more years in administrative support, customer service, or financial services
- Signature Guarantee Medallion Program and Notary Public certifications, or willingness to obtain
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
