What You'll Do:
As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day branch operations while providing strong leadership, employee coaching, staff development, and performance management. What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years of experience in banking or financial services, including leadership experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and team development skills
- Ability to meet performance goals and drive results
