Seasonal - Warehouse
Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI Perform all duties as assigned by supervision. Pass “Joey” PIV operator training Use “Joey” PIV truck to locate, electronically scan and pick required components from assigned locations as printed on computer generated pick, replenishment lists or build sheets. Follow assembly SOPs when building products including reporting exceptions, quality issues, and problems to supervision. Master simple builds for decorative products consisting of combining components, installation guides, and re-labeling. Master medium skill-level builds for decorative products including full assembly of components, handle swaps, gluing, water testing, and/or air testing. Ready to make a bold impact? Skills/Requirements
Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship. Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes. Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
1 year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.
Additional Requirements
Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.
