Description

General Beer Northeast - Central in Stevens Point, WI, is looking to hire Two Seasonal Summer Warehouse Associates this coming summer. This position requires loading trucks with required products safely, accurately, and efficiently and includes the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts.

This position is a Seasonal Summer Position that runs from May - September working about 20 - 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Adheres to supplier and company quality and freshness standards in inventory and loading practices.
• Promptly prepares all required reports.
• Operates company equipment safely and according to company guidelines.
• Loads and unloads route delivery trucks.
• Check route trucks in and out.
• Reports for work on time and appropriately dressed.
• Receiving and shipping of products, equipment, merchandise, and supplies.
• Ability to read, write, add, subtract, multiply, and divide at a high school equivalency level.
• Files breakage reports in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  
  

Requirements

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be able to lift from 5 to 150 lbs. multiple times per shift.
• Must be able to crawl, reach, twist, and bend.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to accept responsibility and account for their actions.
• Ability to certify in the use of forklifts and operate forklifts in accordance with OSHA safety regulations and company policy.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and lift evaluation.
