Competitive Compensation: Starting at $19.25 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift.

Shifts Needed: 2nd Shift, Blue 2 5:48 pm - 6:00am

We are looking for Manufacturing Associates for our Plastics Facility. This position will be based at our Sheridan, AR location, where we specialize in manufacturing high-quality kitchen and bathroom products, including faucets, sinks, showers, and lighting.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

• Ability to operate low-complexity machinery and some high-complexity machinery and processes, at rate, while adhering to all quality and safety standards.
• Must be able to complete required paperwork as directed by leadership.
• Frequent independent judgment required in making decisions on equipment.
• Required to keep production areas as safe and clean as possible.
• All other duties assigned as needed by supervisor.

Key Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferred Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

The hourly range for this position is 19.25. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
