What are the responsibilities and job description for the 3rd Shift Custodian position at Kohl Wholesale?
Kohl Wholesale is looking to hire a full-time 3rd shift custodian to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and company grounds, with a primary focus at the freezer/cooler facility.
Hours: 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. Sunday - Thursday
Additional Hours as Needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Able to operate a sweeper machine and forklift.
- Reliable, self-motivated and detail oriented.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
- Exposure to environmental variation and weather changes when working outside the warehouse.
- Able to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions.
- Must have visual and aural faculties sufficient to enable employee to perform all tasks as set forth and assigned to him/her.
- Able to work independently as well as part of the team.
- Should possess ability to recognize and correct problems, request assistance to correct them when necessary, or refer them to the appropriate supervisor.
