As Coordinator, Marketing Operations & Enablement, you will support the successful execution of marketing programs, operational processes and organizational initiatives through effective coordination, communication and tactical support. You will help maintain the day-to-day rhythm of marketing operations by managing schedules, documenting activities, facilitating communications and supporting process execution across quarterly planning and delivery cycles.
What You’ll Do
- Provide tactical support for marketing operations programs, initiatives and quarterly planning and execution activities by coordinating tasks, tracking deliverables and maintaining project documentation across channels
- Coordinate meeting schedules, stakeholder calendars, agendas, meeting materials and follow-up actions to support effective collaboration and decision-making
- Support cross-channel change communication efforts by preparing and distributing standard communication and project updates to key project stakeholders
- Maintain project trackers, timelines and operational documentation to support visibility and consistency across workstreams
- Assist with governance and planning activities by organizing materials, updating templates and supporting recurring operational processes
- Assist with process documentation efforts, including maintaining workflows, process guides, templates, and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation and team workflows, providing recommendations for greater efficiency and consistency
- Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Operations or a related field
- 1 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, administrative support, business operations or a related role
- Experience in retail, corporate strategy or marketing operations
