The Senior Recruitment Marketing Analyst is a key member of the Kohl’s team, responsible for:
- Building and executing recruitment marketing campaigns across digital and paid media channels
- Turning data into action by using campaign analytics and market insights to strengthen our strategies
- Collaborating across teams with Talent Acquisition leaders, business partners, and external vendors to support key hiring priorities
