Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage tenant billing, collections, cash applications, and account reconciliations for our commercial real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process monthly tenant billings.
- Post and apply tenant payments accurately.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on delinquent accounts.
- Maintain tenant ledgers and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Property Managers and Asset Managers regarding tenant balances.
- Prepare AR aging reports and collection summaries.
- Reconcile tenant accounts and security deposits.
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records in Yardi Voyager.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- Commercial real estate experience preferred.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager strongly preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of CAM reconciliations and lease administration.
- Experience working with multiple properties.
- Ability to manage large transaction volumes.
