About the Role:
- Efficient Vision Model Fine-Tuning: Develop innovative methods to optimize resource usage for training and fine-tuning computer vision models, ensuring high accuracy while maintaining efficiency.
- Agentic Visual Workflows: Advance workflows that allow AI to interpret and act on visual data with reliability and determinism, minimizing perception errors and runtime surprises.
- Multimodal AI: Work on multimodal use cases, combining vision, language, and structured data to build adaptive, enterprise-ready automation tools.
- Scalable Vision AI for Enterprises: Design AI-powered visual understanding systems that can remove inefficiencies and cut operational expenses by automating visually driven tasks at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and deploy computer vision models for deterministic, enterprise-grade task execution.
- Develop multimodal AI solutions that integrate visual perception with natural language understanding.
- Innovate on fine-tuning and model compression techniques to maximize inference speed and efficiency.
- Ensure AI perception systems meet enterprise compliance and deliver measurable business value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product, engineering, and business—to deliver impactful vision-based automation.
- Stay at the forefront of computer vision and multimodal AI research, applying relevant advancements to Kognitos’ platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing and deploying computer vision models in production environments.
- Expertise in fine-tuning techniques for large-scale vision models and optimizing resource usage.
- Strong intuition with visual transformer architectures, CNNs, and vision-language models.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or OpenCV.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with agentic workflows and multi-agent perception systems.
- Knowledge of enterprise automation challenges where computer vision adds measurable value.
- Prior work in multimodal AI for enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
