Position Summary
This is a hybrid position combining local deliveries and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will safely deliver customer orders throughout the Tri-State Area (New Jersey, New York, Connecticut) and the Greater Philadelphia area, while supporting daily warehouse activities when deliveries are complete.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders using a company box truck throughout the Tri-State Area and Greater Philadelphia region.
- Plan and complete multiple delivery stops efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Load and unload trucks safely and accurately.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Pick, pack, receive, and organize inventory.
- Stage products for shipment and customer pickup.
- Assist with inventory organization and warehouse housekeeping.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to meet daily deadlines.
- Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the warehouse team.
Qualifications
- Solid industrial and warehouse driving background across multiple roles.
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Previous box truck delivery driving experience.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and inventory handling.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Warehouse Lead or warehouse coordination experience.
- Experience managing shipping and receiving operations.
- Experience optimizing delivery routes and handling multiple delivery stops per shift.
- DOT medical card is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
