Koerner Lawn & Landscape is seeking to hire Team Members to support our growing Maintenance and Landscape divisions. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and drive company vehicles and equipment
- Perform daily activities of mowing, planting, mulching, pruning, sod, grading, paver patios and more
- Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and meet quality standards after each visit
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order
- Follow daily route and schedule efficiently
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with professional mowing equipment and small engine tools
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
