Position Summary
As a Commercial Landscape Enhancement Specialist, you'll work with our enhancement team to install and improve commercial landscapes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
Responsibilities
- Install landscape enhancements, including mulch, plants, shrubs, trees, and seasonal flowers.
- Assist with landscape construction and enhancement projects.
- Operate landscaping equipment such as backpack blowers, tillers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, pole pruners, and other hand and power tools.
- Operate heavy equipment when needed.
- Load and unload materials and keep equipment clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with snow and ice removal during winter weather events when needed.
- Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Commercial landscape enhancement or landscape construction experience.
- Knowledge of plant materials, mulching, and seasonal color installations.
- Ability to lift 50–80 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment.
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred, but not required.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred, but not required.
