Key Responsibilities:· Provide administrative support to partners, managers, and staff
· Answer phones, manage emails, and greet clients professionally
· Prepare and format financial documents and correspondence
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
· Maintain compliance reporting with Broker Dealer
· Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:· 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
· Position will require finger printing
