Koenig Equipment is seeking a Parts Support Center Specialist to support customers across phone, online, and in-store channels while helping ensure a seamless parts ordering experience from inquiry to delivery.
This position plays a critical role in supporting retail locations, fulfilling e-commerce orders, assisting walk-in customers, and coordinating inventory and order fulfillment activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer overflow Parts calls; assist with routine parts inquiries, availability, pricing, order status, pickup, and delivery information.
- Accurately identify customer needs, document order details, and route technical or location-specific requests to the appropriate resource.
- Process e-commerce orders from receipt through completion, including verification, payment status, picking, packaging, shipping, pickup, and customer communication.
- Assist counter customers with parts lookup, order processing, product alternatives, related items, and current promotions.
- Research and coordinate escalated fulfillment needs involving inventory availability, transfers, backorders, shipping, receiving, and customer pickup.
- Communicate timely order updates to customers and retail locations and follow open issues through resolution or appropriate handoff.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, transfers, cycle counts, inventory verification, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, customer-ready work area.
- Follow established Parts Department processes, maintain accurate records, and support departmental reporting and administrative needs.
- Maintain positive working relationships and provide consistent, professional service to customers and employees across all locations.
- Routinely lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications & Key Competencies2 years of customer service or retail experience preferred
- 2 years of customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in all mediums; phone, email, messaging, and in-person
- Proficiency and ability to learn parts lookup, dealership, e-commerce, payment, shipping, and order management systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable team player who can work independently, take initiative, and collaborate across multiple retail locations.
