The Operations Management Trainee program at Koenig Equipment is designed for emerging leaders in search of a career within the agricultural equipment industry. - Operational Support: Assist in managing daily operations, Parts, Service, PSSR, Aftermarket Support, including inventory management, and Customer support.
- Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety by conducting job safety briefings and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor shop employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with Customers to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions and support.
- Project Management: Participate in various projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Reporting: Provide periodic updates to management on operational performance and Customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Agricultural Business Management, or a related field from an accredited university. Prospective Spring of 2026 Graduates will be considered.
- Experience: Less than three years of professional work experience, excluding internships or part-time positions.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Supplemental Qualifications:
- Prior internship experience in operations, management, or a related field.
- Leadership experience in campus, community, or extracurricular organizations.
