- Proven experience as an auto body technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and methods
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to auto body repair
- Ability to read and interpret estimates and specifications
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with vehicle mechanics and understanding of how different components work together
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues, and supervisors
