What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Body Technician position at Auto Body Team - Salina?
EXPERIENCED AUTO BODY TECHNICIAN
$100,000–$150,000 Earning Opportunity
Auto Body Team – Salina is NOW OPEN, growing, and looking for an experienced metal technician to join our production team.
If you're a great body technician, we want you doing what you do best — repairing vehicles and replacing panels — not spending half your day tearing cars down, putting them back together or fighting aftermarket parts.
Our production system is different.
You work as part of a team with dedicated support for disassembly, reassembly, paint and production.
WHAT WE OFFER
- $100,000–$150,000 earning opportunity
- Income guarantee available for the right technician
- Team-based commission system
- 100% OEM crash parts
- Dedicated disassembly/reassembly support
- Brand-new, state-of-the-art facility
- Fully air-conditioned shop
- Medical, dental and vision benefits with company contribution
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid vacation and holidays
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Relocation/signing assistance available for the right candidate
THE DIFFERENCE
Most shops talk about their flag rate.
We'd rather show you your paycheck.
Our technicians are supported by a production team so they can spend more time doing skilled body work and less time doing lower-value operations.
If you're currently producing 80–100 hours a week mostly on your own, we'd like to show you what happens when we put a team around you.
Come tour the shop. Meet the team. See the process. Then decide.
