Were looking for a reliable, organized Office Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly.
This role is a mix of customer service, organization, and day-to-day office support. You dont need advanced experiencewe will train youbut you do need to be comfortable using technology and figuring things out.
What Youll Do
Customer Service (Very Important)
- Answer phones and speak with customers professionally
- Respond to inquiries and help direct requests
- Follow up with customers when needed
- Create a positive, helpful experience
Office & Admin Tasks
- Schedule appointments and update calendars
- Keep files and paperwork organized
- Help manage office supplies
Paperwork & Data Entry
- Enter information into systems
- Help review timesheets for payroll
- Assist with basic billing and job information
- Keep records clean and up to date
Hiring & Employee Support
- Help with new hire paperwork
- Schedule interviews
- Keep employee files organized
