Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and a strong understanding of various lawn care techniques. This role involves providing exceptional care for residential and commercial properties, ensuring that lawns are healthy, vibrant, and well-maintained. You will utilize hand tools and equipment to perform a variety of tasks related to mowing, landscape maintenance, and landscape installation.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing debris from lawns and pathways.
• Execute hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Maintain flowerbeds by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees; ensuring proper irrigation and care.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for digging, planting, pruning, and other tasks.
• Monitor the health of plants and lawns.
• Operate machinery safely including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn care equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their lawn care needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques including mowing practices and proficiency in using hand tools and mechanical equipment related to lawn care.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for lifting and moving materials.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• A valid driver's license
