The work
You’ll support our landscape install crew with real field work while learning how Nightingale wants jobs done. That means helping with site prep, materials, cleanup, planting, mulching, simple install tasks, tool handling, and jobsite organization. You’ll work outside, move with urgency, protect customer property, and learn from people who expect a high standard.
What success looks like
- You show up ready, on time, and dependable enough that the crew can count on you
- You work safely, protect tools and customer property, and report mistakes or hazards right away
- You get more useful every month because you take coaching well and apply it fast
Where it goes
This role is meant to build into a Landscape Tradesman / Technician path for the right person. If you prove you’re reliable, coachable, safe, and willing to work, there’s room to earn more trust, more responsibility, and more skill.
