Lead some of the most complex commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects in Virginia.

ColonialWebb is seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent to oversee field operations on large scale projects across Data Centers, Healthcare, Advanced Manufacturing, and other mission critical facilities. • Lead and manage day to day field operations on mechanical construction projects
• Direct crews, subcontractors, and trade partners to ensure project goals are met
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and resources
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and project execution
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges in the field
• Support project completion, commissioning, and closeout activities

• Experience leading commercial or industrial mechanical construction projects
• Strong background in HVAC, piping, plumbing, sheet metal, process piping, or related mechanical systems
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and managing project schedules
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence
