Opportunity Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead a crew of 6–12 electricians on commercial and industrial projects. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure quality installations, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, organize, and supervise daily work for a team of electricians and mechanics.
- Coordinate with the Project Superintendent to plan and execute installations.
- Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide crews. Ensure compliance with NEC codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Train and mentor team members on tools, equipment, and procedures. Inspect systems, troubleshoot issues, and oversee cable pulling and testing.
- Manage reports, material requests, and updates using Procore and related software.
Qualifications
- 5 years of electrical experience (Lead Electrician preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and NEC requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with experience supervising crews.
- Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software.

- Industrial Construction Electrician: 5 years (Preferred)
