We are seeking a BAS Service Manager to oversee service operations, develop technical teams, improve customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence across healthcare, life sciences, commercial, education, and mission-critical projects.

What You Will Do
- Lead BAS service operations
- Manage technicians, programmers, and engineers
- Improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Support escalated technical issues
- Monitor productivity, utilization, backlog, billing, and KPIs
- Develop employees through coaching and mentorship
- Drive process improvements
- Maintain high safety standards
What We Are Seeking
- 5 years of BAS, HVAC Controls, or Building Automation service experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong BAS troubleshooting knowledge
- Experience with commercial or institutional facilities
