What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fence Installer - Foreman position at Kodiak Fence Company?
We are hiring an experienced Fence Foreman to lead our crew in Commercial and residential fence installations. Must have hands-on experience with wood and chain-link fencing and be able to manage job sites efficiently.
Welding is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and work alongside fence crew
- Read site plans and install fences to spec
- Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion
- Communicate with clients and office as needed
Requirements:
- 2 years fence installation experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment
- Pass background and drug test
