We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in various fencing projects. contributing to the successful completion of tasks on-site. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Duties
- Assist in the construction and assembly of structures using hand tools and heavy machinery.
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting, mulching,trimming.
- Support team members by lifting heavy materials and equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety on the construction site.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks associated with construction work.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fence building.
- Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and tools is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to hardscape installation and landscape maintenance.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration on-site.
- Commitment to adhering to safety standards and practices at all times.
