Location: South Boston, VA | Full-Time
Pay Range: $85,000-$120,000

What You’ll Do
- Manage projects from design through installation and completion
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and field teams
- Procure materials and manage subcontractors and vendors
- Review invoices, change orders, and payment applications
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and contract requirements
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, and closeout documentation
- Track progress and provide regular project updates
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering

What You Bring
- 5 years of mechanical project management experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, or plumbing systems
- Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and schedules
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with design-build or industrial HVAC systems
