ELECTRICAL ESTIMATOR

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects (ground-up, renovations, tenant improvements)
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to determine scope and requirements
- Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers
- Perform quantity takeoffs and create labor and material cost summaries
- Present cost estimates and budgets to clients and internal teams
- Track project changes and adjust estimates accordingly
- Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership to support job turnover and execution
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3 years of experience in electrical estimating (commercial or industrial construction)
- Strong understanding of NEC, construction drawings, and electrical systems
- Proficient with estimating software (Accubid, McCormick, or similar) and MS Office Suite
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
