A Day in the Life

- Review project specifications and interpret construction drawings.
- Assist with the preparation of estimates and proposals.
- Attend project walk-throughs.
- Support material procurement and selection.
- Maintain construction documents, including turnover books, maintenance manuals, and as-built drawings.
- Follow company construction standards and manuals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- College degree or equivalent work-related experience.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and construction standards.
- Experience with construction administration, proposals, estimates, submittals, timesheets, and project standards preferred.
- Professional appearance and communication.
- Strong problem-solving capability.
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Mathematical skills as required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to utilize company systems.
- Certifications, licenses, or registrations as required.
