Key Responsibilities
- Service and repair VRV/VRF systems, chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and walk-in freezers/coolers
- Diagnose refrigeration circuits, electrical systems, and control components
- Perform brazing, leak detection, evacuation, and refrigerant charging
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and sequences of operation
- Conduct preventive maintenance and complete detailed service reports
- Support equipment startup and commissioning
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- High first-time fix rate
- Minimal downtime and callbacks
- Accurate documentation and reporting
- Strong customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years of commercial HVAC/R experience
- Strong background in refrigeration and low-temp systems
- Experience with VRV/VRF, chillers, boilers, and packaged units
- Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and control diagrams
- Proficient in brazing and refrigerant best practices
- Working knowledge of BAS/DDC systems
- Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
