Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair:
- Medium to large HVAC systems
- Heating and cooling equipment
- Associated control systems
- Use diagnostic tools and instruments to identify system issues
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble HVAC components
- Perform general facility maintenance tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure system performance
- Follow all OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician
- Strong troubleshooting and repair experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Familiarity with:
- Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Hydronic systems
- Refrigeration systems (preferred)
- EPA Certification required
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
