Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Location: Chantilly, VA
Pay: $35 - $50/hr (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including RTUs, heat pumps, DX systems, and control systems
- Complete preventive maintenance and inspections per service agreements
- Document work using mobile technologies and follow customer-specific protocols (e.g., IVR systems, work order logs)
- Maintain clean and professional appearance of self, tools, vehicle, and jobsite
- Communicate work status regularly with service coordinators
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to all safety and company policies
- Other duties as assigned
- State Journeyman or Master License (Preferred)
- EPA 608 Universal Certification (Required)
- 3 years of HVAC service experience.
- Familiarity with BOCA Code and OSHA regulations.
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and reliable.
- Flexible to work variable shifts, including nights/weekends/overtime.
- Valid Driver's License & clean driving record. (Required)
- Frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs.; occasional heavy lifting up to 80 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing ladders/stairs
- Capable of wearing all required PPE
- Work at heights and in varied environmental conditions
