We're seeking an experienced Energy Marshal to oversee energy isolation programs, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) compliance, and electrical safety initiatives on large-scale data center construction projects. This role works directly with project leadership, commissioning teams, electrical superintendents, and field personnel to ensure safe energization, commissioning, and project execution.

What You'll Do
- Lead implementation and oversight of project energy isolation programs
- Develop, review, and maintain Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and energy control protocols
- Assist electrical superintendents with Method of Procedure (MOP) reviews and critical activity planning
- Conduct energy isolation and electrical safety training for supervisors and field personnel
- Support commissioning, startup, and energization activities
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 70E, OSHA, and project safety standards
- Partner with project leadership to identify and mitigate energized work risks
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and safety observations
- Promote injury prevention, risk reduction, and continuous safety improvement initiatives
- Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure safe execution of all critical electrical activities
- Support a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Energy Marshal experience on data center or mission-critical construction projects
- 10 years of construction safety experience
- CSP or CHST certification
- OSHA 30 certification issued within the past 5 years
- First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications
- NFPA 70E certification and strong electrical safety knowledge
- Fall Protection certification
- Confined Space certification
- Excavation Safety certification
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety requirements
- Experience supporting energy isolation and LOTO programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Electrical trade background
- Data center construction experience
- Mission-critical construction experience
- Commissioning support experience
- Experience developing MOPs and critical activity plans
- Energization and startup safety experience
- Experience leading safety training program
Schedule

🕔 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
⏰ 60-hour minimum work week
