What You'll Do
✔ Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
✔ Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial performance
✔ Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
✔ Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
✔ Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
✔ Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships
✔ Support field operations and mentor project teams
✔ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
✔ Partner with leadership to support continued company growth
What We're Looking For
✅ Minimum 5 years of Electrical Construction Project Management experience
✅ Experience managing commercial, industrial, healthcare, institutional, manufacturing, data center, or similar electrical construction projects
✅ Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
✅ Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
✅ Proven leadership and communication skills
✅ Strong client-facing experience and relationship management abilities
✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software
