Electrical Superintendent – Data Center Construction
Location: Lubbock, TX
Duration: 18-Month Project
Pay Range: $58–$85/hour (DOE)
Schedule: 13 Days On / 1 Day Off | 6 x 12-Hour Days

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to provide field leadership on a large-scale Data Center construction project in Lubbock, Texas. This role serves as the senior electrical field leader responsible for safety, workforce management, productivity, quality execution, schedule performance, and client coordination. The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading large electrical teams on mission-critical projects and thrives in fast-paced construction environments where safety, quality, and schedule are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all electrical field operations throughout project execution
Manage electrical crews, General Foremen, Foremen, and subcontractors
Direct workforce planning for teams ranging from 100–150 personnel
Ensure compliance with project safety standards and OSHA requirements
Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and logistics
Drive project schedule performance and earned value progress tracking
Conduct daily planning and coordination meetings
Resolve field installation challenges and construction conflicts
Maintain quality standards, inspection readiness, and turnover documentation
Support commissioning, startup, and project closeout activities
Interface directly with owners, clients, vendors, and project leadership teams
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Data Center / Mission Critical construction experience
- Experience leading crews of 50 personnel
- 7–10 years supervising heavy industrial electrical construction projects
- Strong understanding of electrical installation methods and construction sequencing
- Experience managing large field workforces and multiple levels of supervision
- Ability to travel and work rotational schedules as required
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License
- Renewable Energy project experience
- Experience with 15kV–35kV electrical distribution systems
