Colorado 

Kodak Alaris Colorado is the home of Kodak Moments Thermal Media Manufacturing and the Windsor Regional Distribution Center. The operations are responsible for the manufacturing and distribution of thermal media for photographic applications.

 

Position Summary:

Maintenance process mechanic position supporting a Thermal Media Manufacturing operation consisting of 2 coating machines, 7 finishing slitters, and building/site maintenance.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Work Schedule – 5 1/2-day, 12 hour rotating shift.
  • Responsible for new electrical installations, and maintenance of existing electrical systems.
  • Perform demand maintenance in all areas of Thermal Media MFG.
  • Complete PMs, work shutdowns, generate/update procedures and prints, order and repair spare parts
  • Support engineering and operations as needed.
  • Perform preventive/predictive maintenance tasks, project (installation) tasks, and light fabrication tasks.

 

Skills And/Or Knowledge Specifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in automated equipment maintenance.
  • Possess analytical trouble shooting skills driving to root cause of issues
  • Work effectively under pressure, display initiative and work safely
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills to work in and contribute to an integrated operations/maintenance/staff team environment
  • Experience in Chemical Mixing, Delivery, and Coating operations
  • Electrical/Electronic/Machine controls: pumps, Control valves, Web conveyance
  • Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical (motors/ PLCs /drives).

 

Desired Knowledge Specifications:

  • Experience with AB PLC's, PLC 5, Control Logix.
  • Basic Machine Shop Skills: mill, lathe, surface Grinder
  • Basic Sheet Metal Fabrication: sheer, brake
  • Problem solving/troubleshooting skills and abilities.
  • Lean Manufacturing concepts and techniques.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Aptitude to learn quickly.
  • Ability to take initiative and work with minimal guidance.

 

Education And/Or Experience Specifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

 

Pay: $26-$30 Based on experience
