Your Role

As a Vehicle Sales Specialist, you’ll be the face of Toyota — helping customers find the right vehicle while building lasting relationships. You’ll guide buyers through the process from introduction to delivery, ensuring an exceptional experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and create customers for life through attentive, personalized service

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyles

• Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles with enthusiasm and professionalism

• Stay knowledgeable about Toyota models, features, and the latest technology

• Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals

• Learn to overcome objections and excel in closing opportunities

• Report directly to the Sales Manager on goals, performance, and customer feedback

• Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, well-groomed appearance

• Self-motivated and eager to learn new products and technology

• Available to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays

• Clean driving record and insurable by our insurance standards

• Willing to complete pre-employment drug screening and motor vehicle record check.
