This position provides direct support to the Director of Accounting and Accounting Manager and plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Prepare and maintain accounting records related to the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash reimbursements, and other accounting functions.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, ensuring all transactions are accurately posted and supporting schedules and account reconciliations are completed and submitted for review.
- Support the preparation of timely and accurate monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow monitoring.
- Review contracts in transit and wholesale receivable schedules to ensure accuracy and timely collection.
- Compile and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and dealership leadership.
- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
- Provide additional administrative and accounting support as assigned.
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Experience with general ledger accounting and account reconciliations required.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels of the organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred but not required.
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Office hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
