Do you like working with customers? Koch Air is seeking an experienced individual to join our Parts Counter in our Mt Vernon branch. This role works directly with customers who purchase HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. The Parts Counter Team Member will be focused on will call and:
- Provide excellent customer service at the counter and over the phone
- Increase parts and supplies sales by soliciting for repeat orders, recommending, and educating customers on Koch Air’s full line of products or bringing in new customers
- Monitor orders to ensure proper signatures, special information, and all required paperwork is supplied. Take proactive measures at initial order entry to ensure accuracy of all orders.
- Process customer orders and provide product information as needed
- Support warehouse operations as needed
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years HVAC inside sales experience or 4 years HVAC Field experience or sales experience in a related industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to use PC
- Outstanding customer service skills
