Maintains production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory and delivering production materials and supplies.
Essential Functions:
- Previous forklift experience necessary.
- Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
- Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
- Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections and assists in making calls for repairs as needed.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Transports all aspects of material to and from the work centers.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Must have adept organization, analyzation, and scheduling skills.
- Must have suitable time management skills to meet shipment deadlines.
- Must meet all safety and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
- Must be able to regularly and repeatedly lift over 50 lbs.
- Must be able to perform simple data entry using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
