What You’ll Do
- Lead the Line: Oversee daily casting production with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Support Your Team: Train, coach, and assist team members throughout the shift
- Solving Problems: Troubleshoot issues and keep workflow moving smoothly
- Handle Documentation: Complete shift reports and communicate results to the Production Supervisor
- Build Team Culture: Foster accountability, positivity, and strong communication
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Ability to motivate others and maintain professionalism
- Comfortable working in high-temperature environments
- Able to lift to 50 lbs and manage fast-paced production demands
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High School Diploma or GED
