EMP Team Member
Starting Pay: $16.00/hr (plus $0.50 shift differential, if applicable)

What You’ll Do
- Operate forklifts and combi lifts safely to transport materials
- Load and unload scrap bins, bundles, racks, carts, and ovens
- Follow production instructions and maintain material flow (F.I.F.O.)
- Inspect materials and report defects to Quality or leadership
- Label, bundle, and rack extrusions per instructions
- Complete required production and packing documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Forklift/combi-lift experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving equipment
