Overview
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic food service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment, with experience in fine dining and a strong understanding of food and beverage service standards. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS or cashiering systems
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining a clean environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction
• Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations and address any concerns promptly
• Support host/host duties when needed, including seating arrangements and managing reservations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles, including fine dining or nightclub environments preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and billing purposes
• Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue
• Previous host/host or bussing experience is a plus but not required
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a hospitality setting

Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
