Role Description
This is a hybrid role for an Associate Attorney based in downtown Long Beach, CA for six figures in compensation and benefits DOE. The Associate Attorney will engage in tasks such as providing legal advice to clients, conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleading and motions focusing on labor and employment law matters, defending and taking depositions, and engaging in trial practice as second chair on behalf of clients. The role will involve both in-office work in Long Beach and remote work flexibility to accommodate a dynamic workflow.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of and/or experience in and/or passion for Law and Labor and Employment Law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative hybrid environment
- Membership in good standing with the California State Bar
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
